The Park City Lady Panthers grabbed the 6C District Championship last weekend with a 45-40 win against the Broadview-Lavina Pirates.
The old cliche in sports is that it’s tough to beat a team three times. The Shepherd Fillies and Red Lodge Rams found that out at the 4B district tournament in Worden last weekend.
The Columbus/Absarokee wrestling team finished the season in 16th place at the Class B/C Tournament this past weekend at Metra Park.
Two wins last weekend for the Park City Lady Panthers gave the team its first 6C conference title in more than a decade with a 14-1 record.
For the second straight week, the Columbus Cougar boys and girls played three games in three nights.
