Goddard

Rose Helen (Thompson) Goddard passed away peacefully on Nov. 10, at Stillwater Beartooth Hospital in Columbus. Rose was born on Nov. 8, 1931 to Guy Winifred and Minnie Louise Thompson, in Columbus, Mont.
She was the last survivor of her family of three brothers and seven sisters. Rose married Lee Charles “Chizzy” Goddard on June 22, 1946.
Rose grew up with her family in Reed Point, Mont. She loved to cook for her family and friends, do crafts and play cards.
Rose is survived by her children; Dianna (Bob) LeBrun of Luther, Terry (Vicky) Goddard of Columbus, and Maria (Ted) Weis of Silesia. Her grandchildren; Andrew (Vickie) LeBrun of Great Falls, Ron (Trish) Goddard and Jason (Tressie) Goddard of Columbus, Bejamin (Lori) LeBrun of Belfry, and Lee (Beth) Weis of Laurel. As well as her 21 great grandchildren.
Rose is preceded in death by the love of her life, Lee Charles “Chizzy” Goddard and her grandson James LeBrun.
Funeral Services were held Tuesday, Nov. 15, at 1 p.m. at the Smith Columbus Chapel, 35 Diamond St. Columbus, Mont. Interment will follow the service at the Mountain View Cemetery with a reception immediately after at Smith Columbus Chapel.
