Charles William Chinery was born in 1928 in Gunnison, Colo., and passed away at his home in Kennewick, Wash., on Dec. 24, 2015.
Bill was a United States Navy veteran and worked as a welder/pipefitter on many large projects throughout the U.S. While working in Billings in 1948 he met Doris Mason from Absarokee and they were married that year in Columbus
Bill is survived by his wife Doris of 67 years, four children, 12 grandchildren and 27great grandchildren. He is also survived by three sisters. A brother-in-law, Don Mason is a resident of Columbus.
