True cost of Affordable Care Act

I see in the latest news that one of the four health insurance companies that operate in Montana are dropping 7,000 to 8,000 customers. The other three remaining companies are asking for 22 percent to 34 percent rate increases, for most that’s anywhere from $2,000 to $5,000 extra per year.
All these healthcare shortcomings and huge increases were predicted to happen in 2016, right on schedule. Unfortunately this should not come as any big surprise, this was all explained to us in 2008 and 2009 by many, many people. Proponents of the “AFFORDABLE CARE ACT” claimed everybody would save $2,500 or more each year, so here we are, now what?
Just a reminder, a similar health care plan was proposed years ago by first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton.
