President’s response to ISIS beheading of Americans wrong

ISIS locked a Jordanian pilot in a cage, dowsed with an accelerant, probably gasoline, set on fire with a torch, burned to death on video. The Jordanian president hung two Al-Qaida prisoners within 24 hours. And promised future retribution.
Two Americans were savagely beheaded also on video by ISIS. Our president traded five top Taliban fighters for a military deserter and played a few rounds of golf. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?
