BBQ a huge success thanks to many

The BBQ on June 26 was a tremendous success with 31 teams/competitors and thousands of people attending. None of this would have been possible without the incredible support from the business sponsors and the local volunteers. It is a testament to the community that, barring prior engagements, nearly everyone who was contacted readily volunteered to help at the BBQ.
The event’s success was due largely to their efforts. Everyone who attended was able to see a community made wonderful by the concerted efforts of its volunteers. Nick Morrison dedicated countless hours and energy to guarantee a successful and enjoyable event for both the competitors and the community.
