Edmunds

July 13, 1939 — Feb. 6, 2018

On Feb. 6, Sharone Corine Patterson Edmunds, gained her wings and is now cooking in the Lord’s kitchen or watching over babies in heaven.
Sharone, or Shoney as most all knew her, was born July 13, 1939, in Huntington, West Virginia, to Harry Noble Patterson and Bonnie Louise Brammer. She married Charles K. Edmunds, the one and only love of her life, on April 10, 1959. They would have been married 59 years this April.

Her homemade apple biscuits or biscuits and gravy, and oyster stew was her family and friends favorites. Shoney was Nanny or Grandma to many and she loved every one of them. We miss you Mom and will see you in heaven.
Shoney is survived by her husband Charles Edmunds; children Bonnie (John) Sherwood, Chrstina Langstein, Kent (Deanna) Edmunds, Jim (Nadine) Edmunds; grandchildren Wayne (Samantha) Elton, Jenny (Jon) Steffenson, Martin (Tina) Elton, Britney Thorn, McKade Edmunds, Uriah (Melanie) Edmunds, Willow (Luke) Wimpfheimer, Michael Sherwood, James Gabriel Langstein; great grandchildren Austin Godwin, Derek Steffenson, Colter Elton, Isabell Elton, Kaelee Steffenson, Jace Steffenson, Gabriel Thorn, and many many more who called her Nanny or Grandma.
