Why do we have Easter sunrise services anyways? Isn’t it a little rustic, outdoors, in the Montana cold? Simply put, because Scripture says, “Early in the morning, at dawn” Mary and the others went to the tomb…
For the past 14 years, our community has gathered in this tradition to celebrate the Resurrection together.
Please join us once again for the community Easter sunrise service at 7 a.m. at the East overlook (one mile east of Columbus on old Highway 10).
Join the following Columbus Ministers as we celebrate Jesus’ Resurrection together: Tim Peterson, Josh Daniels and David Richter will lead music, Jay Forseth will give the message, Sybil Peterson will read scripture, Tracy Heilman will welcome you, Chris Strommen and Tonia Fisher-Clark will lead in prayer, and Arlin Sanford will give the benediction.
Dress warmly. We will have a chair and Good News ready for you.
